This is an original vintage (possibly antique) Justrite Carbide Miner's Lamp with the original and hard-to-find Air-Cooled Grip.  Both the lamp and grip are marked Pat. Pend. and Made in USA.  It appears to be in decent condition for its age and is being sold as-found with original patina.  Some oxidation on the lift cap but it opens and closes easily.  Measures approx. 4" high x 2-1/2" diameter at the base.  Reflector shield is almost 2-1/2" diameter.
