This is a beautiful Collector Plate by the Franklin Mint.

Certified that this heirloom collector plate is crafted of fine porcelain and is bordered and individually hand-numbered in 24 karat gold. 

Back of the plate has Plate No. M1869 in gold lettering.

Measures about 8 1/8 inch in diameter. 

Plate is dated 1993 but has never been out of the box.  For this reason I am listing it as new.  It comes with the Certificate of Authenticity and in the original styrofoam box.

Plate depicts teddy bears frolicking in the snow, ice skating and sledding.  This would be a perfect gift for your teddy bear collector.
