This particular color of yellow strongly matches Fostoria and Halsey glass. However without a marking or a maker's mark we cannot make that identification an absolute certainty.

What I really appreciate about this piece is the technical complexity it took to cast or fuse this item with the gap, especially being supported by the three legs of the candle cup.
