Reed And Barton Mickey Mouse baby brush and comb set is in what I believe is silver plating.  The box shows wear and does not have the insert for the pieces to sit in. 

The brush has plastic around the bristles, but a few are poking outside of the edge. Comb is stamped Reed & Barton Italy.
