If you are not already familiar with felted soap, here are few basic thoughts:

Use felted soap like you would use your regular soap and a washcloth.
The wool around the soap bar acts as a gentle exfoliant. Good for a better blood circulation.
It increases lather and extends the life of the bar of soap.
As you use the felted soap the wool continues to shrink down and in the end, when the soap is gone you are left with a little wool scrubbie. If you rinse it well, every cat will be happy to play with it.
