Chipmunk Plush

Looks similar to Chip, have found photos of very similar plush from Disney Sea in Japan, BUT AM UNABLE TO VERIFY BRAND/ORIGIN OF THIS PLUSH

Measures approx 16" long as shown in photos

Please note, nose is pink and shows some wear as shown in photos. 

Unsure of purpose of plush - has fannypack type belt attached to front (but belt is very short, MIGHT??? fit very small child? or might not, see measurements), zips down front, opening on back. Please view and supersize all photos as they are a part of the description. 

Not sure what plush is for, but is in very nice condition. Please view all photos.
