It does have a slight musty smell from being stored.
The front cover has a crease along with the first couple of pages.
It does have the previous owners name stamped on it and an address label.
The first few pages do have a small 1" tear as shown in the pictures.
The outside cover binding looks like someone wrote the title of this book there.
