This vintage postcard features the Visitor Center at Spermaceti Cove Lifesaving Service Station #2 in Sandy Hook, Gateway National Recreation Area, Highlands, New Jersey. Built in 1894, this station is one of the first USLSS stations built in the U.S. and later became part of the United States Coast Guard.
