For your consideration is a Tubby Tompkins porcelain figurine.  This was Marge's Tubby and LuLu from the comic strip.  The series premiered in 1952 and had 45 issues.  Stopped in 1961.  It was a Dell Publishing comic.  He is 2 5/8" tall.
