Facsimile Signature Card for former First Lady, Jacqueline Kennedy, wife of assassinated President John F Kennedy. The card measures approx 3 15/16" x 2 15/16" & has a facsimile signature of Jacqueline Kennedy pre-printed on the front. Card edges are mostly still sharp, but may have small "scuffs on some of the corners. The top edge does not seem to be evenly cut straight across. The back of the card has "FACSIMILE" typed in the bottom right hand corner. There are no other markings on the front or back of the card; however there may be some discoloration from age.
