It also has an upgraded brushless recirculating pump that moves 1560 L/H of water to keep plants healthy and saving money by minimal nutrient changeouts. Pump will run continuous for over 30,000 hours and delivers maintenance and worry free power for years to keep your crops healthy and large.

The air pump is also updated to most other systems. Our air pump delivers over 40L/min of air output, which is almost double to those on the market. With the improved air pump, all your plants will receive an increase in oxygen to keep nutrient uptake and oxygen levels at a maximum for superior plant growth.

We have also upgraded the air stones, which are 4.2” in diameter which will add additional oxygen to your grow and improve plant respiration over other systems. Suction cups are included to keep the air stones at the bottom of the system delivering increased oxygen to all of the root system. Air stones are powered by a 285GPH air pump, which will deliver the oxygen needed to all air stones in the system.

Our system also includes a 4 in1 water tester to accurately detect the EC(Electrical Conductivity), Ph, temperature, and PPM’s of the system to quickly see if anything in your grow is out of line and needs correction. A must have for a professional grow RDWC system to not lose your plants and to correct the deficiency quickly.

How Does RDWC System Work?

Recirculating Deep Water Culture is a method used to grow plants with roots submerged in a highly oxygenated nutrient solution. By using the RDWC hydroponic system you can optimize maximum growth potential for your crops. The super oxygenated nutrient solution is constantly recirculated around the system extending nutrient life, minimizing algae and bacterial growth and maximizing plant growth.

Recirculating deep water culture works by combining multiple individual deep water culture systems into a single closed system. Each of these systems is connected together with a series of pipes along with a reservoir system to allow easy nutrient top offs and water tests. All maintenance can be done to the system from the reservoir system.

The nutrient solution in the system is controlled by an inline water pump designed to keep a continuous water flow through the system for extended nutrient life and uptake. Air stones are added to each pot along with a powerful air pump to run them to keep water oxygenation as high as possible and keep plants healthy.

Water chillers are almost always added to a DWC system to keep plants in their optimal temperature range which is generally 68-72 F.
