This is a vintage Bill Cosby reel to reel tape entitled, "Revenge". Record label, Warner Bros. WST 1691 (Stereo). The box says it's recorded at 7 1/2 IPS. All others I've seen are 3 3/4 IPS. The amount of tape shown on the reel makes me believe it's the extended play though.
Condition of tape is visually graded VG+ (very good +), having crinkling at the beginning. I have no way of knowing the playability of the tape itself. Box has no corner splits and opens tightly. There is no leader on the tape but the end doesn't appear cut or torn.
