Sage Spirit Smudge Wands honor the sacred herbs used for centuries in Native American ceremonies.

Ingredients:

Sage, Cedar, Sweetgrass, Lavender and Copal. Wrapped with 100% Cotton String.

Direction:

Ignite one end of the wand over a fireproof dish, on a heat-tolerant surface. Once a flame is established, gently bow out the flame. The wand should be smoldering with no visible flame. Proceed with smudging. Extinguish in sand.

Safety Warning:

A lit smudge stick should not be left burning while unattended, and care should be used when extinguishing smoldering sticks.
