- The dent puller machine is only used for 0.6 mm-1.5 mm cold-rolled iron plates(More than 90% of cars are made of iron), and cannot be used for welding aluminum, stainless steel, galvanized sheet and other materials.
- It is necessary to remove a large area of insulating coating around the negative connection. Otherwise the current may not pass through and the device may not work.
- Keep the pull perpendicular to the iron plate when pulling; pulling diagonally will result in a significant reduction in pulling force.
- If the machine draws current but won't weld, try changing the material of the attachment, such as using wave wire, OT shims, or replacing the triangular tabs, to rule out a material problem with the attachment.
