Welcome to this architect-designed house.

Nestled in a coniferous forest within a rocky valley, this house offers comfort and modernity to its occupants in the heart of a peaceful natural environment.

In the basement, you will find a garage and a living room dedicated to recreation.

On the first floor, you will find a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, an entrance hall, a bathroom with bathtub and a living room with two sofas and a music corner for music lovers.

A special feature of this house is that the living room is suspended over a natural waterfall.

Finally, on the second floor, you will find a bedroom with access to the main terrace and a hallway with a view of the living room and access to an annex terrace.

All parts are quality checked before shipping, so if you find any parts missing or damaged, don't worry. Please contact us and we will send them to you immediately free of charge.

 

Important information

1. Stickers, minifi-gures, printed parts & third-party accessories are not included.
2. We only provide the PDF instruction manual, Contact us for instructions please.
3. Please pay close attention to the first three pages of the PDF Instructions as we have replaced some parts or simply removed rare parts.
4. Without Original Box, New in Sealed Bag. When the weight is more than 2 KG, neutral cartons will be used.
5. It is not already built, You need to build it yourself according to the PDF instructions.
6. They are not LEGO Pieces, But these pieces are 100% compatible.
