Exchange/Return:
For exchange or refund, CONTACT US WITHIN 7 DAYS of receiving the item.  To exchange, simply return the item that you do not wish to keep and purchase another item you want.  
Item will be shipped once order is placed, and refund will be issued when item is delivered.
Return window is ONLY OPEN FOR 30 DAYS after item is delivered.  Please open return request which can be located in your purchase history.

Exchange/return item must be in NEW AND ORIGINAL CONDITION with all original packaging, tag and label, etc. 
Refund will be issued only after items are received in its "Original Condition".

NO REFUND for USED, DAMAGED, AND/OR ABUSED goods.
After inspecting the item for the same condition, it was sent, refund will be issued within 48 hours normally.
