This is a two yard length of fancy braid trim with tassels and beaded fringe.
Gold and cranberry red.
Braided foundation with cotton twill tape backing.
Loopy detail.
Silky tassels.

Pre-owned, and pre-used.
It was evidently salvaged from something - it has remnants of hot glue on the back.
It's ready for a glamorous new repurposed life.
