Do you offer returns/exchanges?
Please buy with confidence - We offer a no quibble return/exchange policy. All that we ask is that you return the item in the condition that you received it including any tags (if applicable).
We enclose a return/exchange slip and instructions in all our parcels.
How quickly can you ship the item?
We post all items same day if payment is made before 3pm (UK time)
UK - Our default shipping is 2nd class however, when you pay, you can upgrade to 1st class or next day delivery (additional charges apply)
Overseas - we offer standard shipping only. Delivery varies greatly from county to country so please allow sufficient time for you parcel to arrive.
