This is a RARE print of this subject...not one of the usual ones you find.  Couldn't determine the artist but this is a nice, quality piece with excellent artistic execution in very nice framing.  This lithograph of a drawing features different eras of the past on Broadway and some other iconic features (like different styles of cars and fashion) of the eras shown.  Print is framed with a black mat in a black frame with glass and looks very nice in person.  Picture with frame measures approximately 19" x 23" x just under 1" deep (away from wall).   Weight is about 5 lbs 12 oz.

Picture is in great pre-owned condition with no signs of major damage or excessive wear. Frame and glass are also in good shape.  Super cool picture in person.
