One of the bands on the lime green bracelet is partially torn right by the knot. It is visible in pic 1. Otherwise both band are new without tags taken from a closing retail store.

Elastic but also small. Be sure to check the measurement before purchasing. The green band has about a 7 inch interior circumference and the pink band has about a 5.5 inch interior circumference including the charm. Each charm has about a 1 inch diameter.
