This is a perfectly lovely long vintage dress and slip, probably from the 1930s or 1940s.
Fits my size 4 dress form, which measures 34 - 25 - 34.5.

Pastel yellow cotton organdy with allover floral embroidery.
Square neckline, edged with pleated ruffle.
Short sleeves with pleated ruffle trim.
Side snap closure.
Waist seam.
Slightly flared to hem.
Matching slip is acetate-type fabric, with fitted bust and spaghetti straps.
