Vintage 60's, possibly early 70's Petti-Pat heels.  The number 5 is on the bottom, and these were young teen-agers shoes, but they appear smaller than today's size 5, which bridges between girls and women's shoes.  Measurements are shown below.

Running a tape inside the shoe from front to back is approx 9 inches.  The heel is approx 1 3/4 inches high and the width measured on the bottom is approx 2 3/4 inches.

In that time period, girls started wearing a stacked heel around grade 6, and these appear to be the type they would have worn for Easter, church, or possibly school.

Offered for sale more as a collectible but they appear wearable.  I tried flexing them and they flex a bit.  Vintage 1960's young teen-agers shoes.  Good overall condition. Insole turns up at heel and needs regluing.  Gently used.  Offering for sale more as a collectible than for every day wear, although they appear to be wearable.  Please see photos
