Fenton Glass Cobalt Blue Ballerina Dancer Hippo Hippopotamus Figurine

Here's a charming cobalt blue satin glass hippo figurine made from the original Fenton Glass mold by Mosser Glass, a small family run business in Ohio that is well known for their high quality art glass. It was hand painted and offered as a limited edition, gift shop exclusive and only 29 were made in this design. The hippo is painted as an adorable ballerina dancer wearing a pink ruffled "tutu" and dancing shoes. It has delicate pink flowers on its head and pretty deep blue eyes. It stands approximately 3" tall by 2.5" wide and is in great condition with no chips, cracks or damage. It is signed, dated and numbered by Fenton artist and designer, M. Kibbe. It would make a fabulous gift for your favorite hippo lover or ballerina dancer!
