This plant is a wonderful hardy perennial (it comes back each year). Coreopsis are easy plants to grow, rarely bothered by insects or disease. They are deer resistant. Tickseeds tolerate the hot summer sun, poor soil and short periods of dryness. A native to North America that has been recently bred into a number of colors. The flowers are great additions to fresh cut bouquets. A great plant for beginners and a standard of all butterfly gardens. All of our tickseed are of blooming age/size.
