Great condition overall. Small tear in lace in front at empire waistline. In my opinion, this would be a wonderful place for a brooch. If this dress were my size, I would snip off the corded bow and add a brooch over the lace flaw to elevate the look. This dress has age to it, circa 1960's- 70's. It has been stored for some time. The dress has been freshly laundered but does have a odor consistent with long term storage. I believe over time this odor will dissapate.

There is no stretch in the material. Please review measurements to ensure fit.
