The copied H Res 126 is NOT the original & is a photocopy, but appears to have an actual Humphrey signature. Please note, I do not have a COA as
this came from a relative's estate. House Resolution 126 refers to the Federal Salary Act of 1967, relating to salary adjustments for certain executive,
legislative & judicial offices. The copy is in fair condition & has discoloration/stains around the edges as well as multiple bends at the corners.
Back of the letter also has discoloration & stains. Letter has a tri-fold & original envelope is included. Please see photos & judge authenticity for yourself.
