1978 Fisher-Price A Doll House Set #250 with Original Box, Assembly Instructions & Mom and Dad Figurines. Set is complete & you will receive everything shown. Traditional 3-story house with a chimney, front door that opens & closes, rust colored plastic shingled roof, The lower level of the house has a tri-level design with a kitchen, living room & back patio. The rust colored tile flooring in the kitchen can be removed for additional storage. The black plastic front door opens & closes to the kitchen as well. A step down is the living room featuring a plastic bay window & the texture of plastic "hardwood" plank floors. There is only 1 original lithograph on the one wall of the living room featuring brown & white stripes with orange flowers. Another step down to a "stone" designed plastic patio floor. There is a black plastic winding staircase that leads up to the 2nd floor. Staircase measures approx 6 5/8" tall with a hand rail & banister at the top.
**A couple of the pegs that attaches the bottom of the handrail to the stairs have broken off causing the rail at the bottom to be straight & not curve properly. Please see photos!
The 2nd floor has the master bedroom, balcony with a sliding "glass" door & a bathroom. The bedroom floor has a blue carpet lithograph & one wall has another blue lithograph with red, white & blue flowers. There is a clear plastic sliding "glass" door that leads to a balcony outside. There is also a doorway under the stairs leading to the 3rd floor that goes to the bathroom. The bathroom has a green/yellow tiled lithograph on the floor & an orange, red & green flowered lithograph on the wall opposite the stairs. The 2nd floor white plastic staircase leading to the 3rd floor & the children's bedroom.
This top floor children's bedroom has an attic/A-frame look with a full sized clear plastic picture window & a white plastic tiled floor.
Original blue siding lithographs are also on the exterior of the house & unfortunately, there are numerous mildew stains & wrinkles to those. While the lithographs inside the house are in better shape, they do have wrinkles & bends to them. The walls without lithographs are all white & do show mildew stains, bubbles & wrinkles. Mildew stains are from 40 years of basement storage. Please see photos.
Included are plastic mom & dad figurines measuring approx 4" tall
-The dad has brown hair, green pants, black shoes & a tan crew neck shirt & jacket. Arms, legs & head all move or turn.

-The mom has blonde hair, a white skirt, white wedge shoes & a turquoise blouse. Arms, legs & head all move or turn. White skirt is discolored from age. **Feet & shoes do have dog bites visible & the tip of one of the shoes has been bitten off. Please see photos.

Step-by-step instruction booklet for assembly of the 20+ separate pieces is included with original box. Box is in fair condition with numerous bends, mildew stains, tape residue & shipping label is affixed to the front of the box. Handle is still attached, but the hole has widened, so handle slips out of place often. Please see photos!
