This is an adult size medium jacket personally made and embroidered for members of the cast and the various crew members for the hit television series Star Trek: The Next Generation. Produced by Sichel in Studio City, Ca. they make personalized promotional sportswear for Hollywood studios (see picture of tag). The jacket has the series title logo embroidered over the right breast and the crew or cast member's name over the left breast, this one being Meredith. The back has a large embroidered image of the U.S.S. Enterprise 1701-D. It is a zippered jacket with a lower front pocket on each side, a dark black felt stripe that wraps around each shoulder, a felt collar, a felt strip around the bottom edge and the end of each sleeve and a nylon liner. These do not turn up for sale very often as they were limited in number and most owners have kept theirs. We purchased this one from the original owner at a Star Trek convention almost 20 years a go and have finally decided to sell it. It has very light wear and is in excellent condition stored in a smoke and pet free environment since we acquired it.
