UV Stabilized Paint combined with strong molded plastic construction adds to this long lasting weather resistant product.  The swans have a tie eye on the frame so that the swan can be tethered or allowed to free float (Line and weight for tethering not included).  The swan decoys have a strong weighted area base to keep the swans floating upright. Can be easily painted for other decor alternatives.
