Made in France, these molds allow the chocolatier to build eye-catching chocolate boxes and unique chocolate decorations.
By using contrasting dark, milk or white chocolate with colored white chocolates you will realize amazing results!

The two-piece mold is made of crystal clear plastic, with a pattern sheet and edge thickness guide.

The molds are quite easy to master:
Simply pour a small quantity of tempered chocolate over the pattern sheet, making sure the chocolate fills into the intricate patterns. Using a spatula thoroughly remove any excess chocolate above the pattern relief.  Allow the chocolate to set slightly, but not fully firm.
Attach the Edge Thickness Guide.
Pour tempered chocolate over the pattern sheet and level to an even thickness using the edges as a guide.  Remove any excess chocolate.
Allow chocolate to fully firm and crystallize.  Then remove from the mold.
