Black Jack is a silicone roof coating that’s specifically formulated to deliver superior waterproofing protection to your roof surface. The rubberized coating forms a chemical bond to the roof surface, which provides incredible adhesion and long term waterproofing protection. Delivering a durable finish, it can withstand areas that pond water and will hold up in areas where other coatings will fail. The coating Dries to a bright white finish, which keeps roof surfaces cooler in addition to providing excellent UV resistance. Utilizing an innovative high solids formula, the coating is quick setting, low in odor, and can be applied in a wide range of temperatures. To apply, use a quality ¾” nap paint roller. For best results, use two coats at a coverage rate of 100 square feet per gallon per coat, or if only one coat is desired, apply one coat at 50 square feet per gallon. Both application processes will achieve the same finished coverage, covering 250 square feet of the roof surface.
