Vintage USS Arizona BB-39 Veterans Hat Designer Award Snap Back 1970s 80s. The tag was presumably removed by the owner for in wear comfort. I don't know his name but I do know he was a mailman and lived in Beachwood NJ if that may help to id the original veteran survivor
