Uncertified specimens that are light in color and no spots, etc are almost always cleaned.
PCGS "Collectors should avoid coins with corrosion, pitted or porous surfaces, or planchette flaws. Planchette flaws are common in this series and can significantly reduce the value of the coin. "
Specimine is in excellent shape with nice surfaces. Most uncertified by now cannot be certified as the have been cleaned at least once."
