There is a 13/16" wraparound tear, from the front mid-upper spine edge, crossing the mid-upper spine -- plus another 13/16" wraparound tear, from the rear mid-upper spine edge, crossing the mid-upper spine -- plus a 5/16" tear at the rear upper spine edge -- plus a 5/8" vertical tear along the front lower spine edge -- plus a 5/16" vertical tear along the rear lower spine edge -- plus a top to bottom crease from the front left tip edge to the front lower left edge, with a parallel 3-3/4" crease just to the right of it -- plus lesser creases across both front & rear covers -- plus a split to spine between pages 4 & 5 -- plus penciled price & code at the front right inside cover -- plus wear & chipping to edges & corners, with scratches, indentations, rub-wear, browning pages, lesser tears, soiling etc -- spine shows slight lean to right, with NO top to bottom creases, but 2 side-to-side cracks & 3 side-to-side creases plus partials -- overall condition only Fair Plus to Good Minus.
