Exchange/Return:

Return window is ONLY OPEN FOR 30 DAYS after item is delivered.  Please open return request which can be located in your purchase history.

Exchange/return item must be in ORIGINAL CONDITION with all original packaging, tag and label, etc. 
Refund will be issued only after items are received in its "Original Condition".

NO REFUND for USED, DAMAGED, AND/OR ABUSED goods.
After inspecting the item for the same condition it was sent, refund will be issued within 48 hours normally.
