When I turn it on the red numbers initialize but when I press the buttons, nothing happens. 

I can't get the inside portion to rotate so it doesn't spin. 

There is no sound. 

Also, The light bulbs don't light up. The light bulbs are removeable so I don't know if they are burned out. 

In addition, the building is missing the battery cover on the bottom. 

Also, the window falls out easily so there may be a missing plastic prong.
