Royal Pardon Letter is dated in the early 1980's and has been hand-signed on the top right corner by the longest reigning monarch, Queen Elizabeth II. The contents of the Royal pardon is mentioning that the Queen is asking that the Governor of their prison in Durham shall release a prisoner by the name of Henry Topping Wilson. Wilson was arrested and sentenced to (79) days in prison as well as to pay the fines presented to him. The Queen's letter mentions that they shall release him and that all chargers are to be dropped
