Cap ID is 46mm. It seems to be for Olympus OM manual focus lenses.  

Item has been used with little signs of cosmetic use, I see some scratches from normal use. But it is not damaged in any way, no cracks or dents. I would rate it a 7, on a scale from 1 to 10.
