Lens filter has been used, but it is in good condition. Glass looks good, even thought I see couple minor scratches from use. Filter is fully operational and function as intended. I would rate them at 8, on a scale from 1 to 10.
It will be mailed as pictured, with a hard plastic case. Please note that case is damaged, one side is broken,. But it will still protect filter from scratches.
