Condition of book is good. It seems that it is missing cover page. But all pages are well bound, I don't see any loose pages. Book has lots of notes. Paper still looks good, it is not brittle, but book has lots of notes, in red and black.
It says Property of Maestro Carlo Peroni Chicago Opera Co. 1938.
