Case is in good cosmetic condition. I don't see anything damaged. It has some scratches and rub marks form use. I see couple scratches on the front near Pentax logo. And case shows some wear were cameras strap rubbed on it. It is very clean. Case looks better then average over all. Please note that this case does not have tripod screw for later Spotmatic series cameras.
