It is just a short brochure, not a complete manual. 7 pages.

Manual has some folded pages and may have pen and highliter marks.  The manual may include other cosmetic signs of use such as small tears.

But the manual is complete and fully legible.  I would rate it a 7, on a scale from 1 to 10.
