I would rate it at  8 of 10. It will be shipped without any accessories just as pictured. No other accessories will be included in this sale, look at the pictures above.  

 It has been used but is in good condition, cap looks good. It has normal wear from use. It has some scratches from use.  I don't see any damage. Condition may vary slightly, since all caps are used. 

Please note that lens cap is very unusual size, I don't know what lens it might fit. Please make sure that your lens rim is 41mm.
