Item has been used with some signs of cosmetic use, rim may have some light scratching from normal use. Glass has some scratches as well. They are tiny, 1-2mm. So they will not affect image quality. I would rate glass at 7 out of 10.  This lens filter  is fully operational and functions as intended.
