LP looks good. Cover page shows some wear. Paper has separated at the crease. 
LP has some fingerprints, that can be cleaned easily. LP has couple tiny scratches, from use. But it plays OK. It is in better then average condition. 

Please note that I made pictures of LP from both sides. Look at the pictures for the condition on the LP. 
This is original LP from 1979.
