Lens filter has been used, but it is in excellent condition.

Lens filter been used with little signs of cosmetic use.  Glass looks good, I don't see any visible scratches. Filter threads are not damaged. Filter is fully operational and function as intended.  I would rate it at 9, on a scale from 1 to 10.
