This is a comic of Superman's Pal Jimmy Olsen No. 138 published by DC Comics in Jun., 1971.  The grade is probably at least a Very Fine but I will leave that up to the buyer to determine from the scans.

The pictures are of the actual copy being auctioned.  The pages are complete and intact.  The comic book has been stored bagged and boarded in a climate controlled environment in a smoke free home.
