Hardcover book with dust jacket, 238 pages

Good condition. There is a tear on the bottom edge of the back side of the jacket, which measures approximately 1.25 inches. There are a couple of smaller tears / nicks along the jacket's edges as well. The jacket also has some light wear and minor creasing. The spine of the jacket is slightly faded from exposure to the sun. The spine tilts slightly.
