About the item:
This blank sketch cover (the Black Parchment cover) is in near mint and, while I can't guarantee it, in my experience this copy should come back a 9.4 if graded by CGC (possibly a 9.4 but I lean to a 9.4). Again, that cannot be guaranteed but in my experience it should... Either way, its a crisp and clean copy with the only noticeable defect being some stray white marks on the front cover (near center, right- visible in scan above).
