It is marked 'Made in Japan'on the base.  It is mainly white with some details picked out in gold & Red.  

A tasteful, elegant addition for someone who collects figurines, for someone living in a period property or for someone seeking items to display in a china cabinet.

Dimensions: 8" inches tall

Conditions : Absolutely no chips, no cracks, no crazing, scuffs and scrapes.
